This doesn't imply anything negative about individual psychic ability. Psychics are actually good at intuiting the subjects of concealed photographs and cards, so I believe that it is safe to conclude that there is a weakness in the gift that makes it difficult to develop a presentient knowledge of specific numbers. I am glad that we cannot predict lottery numbers. If this were possible, lotteries would be useless and we'd all loose out on our occassional fantasies of becoming millionairs! I think it is possible that some people are blessed with devine luck. There have been several individuals who have won multimillion dollar jackpots multiple times. Now that is amazing, considering the odds against it occuring even once. Historically - psychics have had not been particularily good at selecting specific numbers (dates, times, etc.).
