Telekinetic Powers

Telekinesis, in recent times, has been replaced by the term psychokinesis, a more general description of the ability.

“Telekinesis” was originally coined in 1890 by German-Russian psychical researcher Alexander N. Aksakof and referred to mysterious movements of objects often attributed to otherworldly spirits, ghosts, and other supernatural forces. From the 70s though, the term has been used to denote physical movement of material things using pure mental paranormal abilities.
